Site briefing
Classic Kona dive, in my book (it's actually where I did a Discover Scuba session with my family years ago). The healthy coral and all the fish are awesome, but the main attraction is the structure - there's a skull shape with the flooded lava tubes with a brief pass through. Calling it a cave is definitely over-reaching. The "mouth" is a large overhead swim through, with daylight openings.
How to dive it
Jump in, take a tour of the area and head to the lava tube. Max depth is about 50 fsw. Swim one at a time into the skull "mouth", and explore while others pass through the opening. You'll notice a small surge in the passage way as the ocean moves, just kick a little harder and ascend up through the main opening and meetup with the group on the other side.
