Site briefing
Boat accessible site that works well for mixed crowds. There is enough there for scuba and snorkel, and with calm conditions, it's good for a Discover Scuba dive too. Visibility is excellent, and corals are healthy due to the bay's protected status. For diving, the ocean floor main attractions are between approximately 55 fsw and 25 fsw. You can snorkel off the boat and see a ton, or for the variant there's a car accessible beach and parking lot. The divesite isn't accessible from the beach.
How to dive it
Best bet is to have a boat charter from a local dive operator. Drop down to the bottom near the mooring, head downslope to 60' and tour the area counter-clockwise gradually ascending in the water column. If you're back at the mooring buoy area with a bunch or gas remaining you can head northeast and check out the rest of the shelf, ascend to 5m and make your way back to the boat.
